There’s no better way to learn new approaches, methods or discovering new technologies than getting out and listening to smart people talk about the latest trends in the interactive industry. The best part is that the Twin Cities area has some of the best events and network opportunities around.

I try to get out and attend as many as I can but lately with two little ones at home it has become increasingly difficult. But, another great perk about the tech industry is that most of the events have video coverage that you can watch live or stream a day or so after the event. These events range in size from being a massive tech event with digital leaders from around the world to more specific skill meet-ups where it’s a much more casual and informal conversation with lots of locals.
