Fast Horse Brings Creativity To Special Events

The Fast Horse team is full of experienced event planners who are as comfortable concepting the overall vision as they are nailing the final detail. Whether it’s managing a celebrity red carpet, staging an over-the-top publicity stunt or planning a creative groundbreaking for a local non-profit’s new headquarters, no challenge is too big or small. We do it all with a blend of creative capital and flawless execution.

DASANI Plant Model Fashion Show

To tell the story of DASANI’s PlantBottle packaging, we commissioned Los Angeles-based fashion designer Yotam Solomon to create a line of 100 percent plant-based couture for the DASANI Plant Model Fashion Show. The catch? Just as PlantBottle is made with up to 30 percent plant-based material, each plant-based outfit covered up to 30 percent of our models’ bodies. With help from celebrity host Matthew Morrison from the hit TV show “Glee,” the runway show garnered coverage from “Extra,” “E! News,” MSNBC, FOX News and CNN International.

Fast Horse Launches Coca-Cola’s VAULT

What better way to launch a hybrid beverage than with a hybrid sport combining two popular pastimes for blue-collar guys – motorsports and bowling? Leveraging the popularity of the Daytona 500, Fast Horse organized an event featuring “MotoBowling.” Seven-ton vehicles crashed into huge bowling pins — that’s a great way to generate plenty of attention for Coca-Cola and its new VAULT beverage. Efforts helped launch VAULT to a better-than-projected 11.7 percent share of the category.

Working The Madden Bowl Black Carpet For Coke Zero

Fast Horse managed the celebrity red carpet at the Madden Bowl — one of the most star-studded events during Super Bowl week in Dallas. Our efforts included pitching high-profile sports and entertainment media, as well as coordinating celebrity arrivals, interviews and photo opportunities on site. Attendees ranged from singers Cee Lo Green and Big Boi to NFL stars such as Reggie Bush and Chad Ochocinco, causing a media frenzy — even in 17-degree temperatures.

Construction Concerto

We helped the MacPhail Center for Music build community support at a critical time — the upcoming opening of its new home. We organized the “Construction Concerto,” featuring music written by MacPhail staff and performed by MacPhail students. As the new center neared opening, we also engaged the public by creating a series of family events to showcase the building and MacPhail Center’s offerings.| MacPhail Center Case Study

Fast Horse Fires Up Nation’s Longest Grill

We teamed with Coca-Cola to kick off summer in big way with the Quarter-Mile Cookout. The creative event connected Coke with summer, meals and family barbecues, while amplifying the brand’s marquee NASCAR sponsorship and its Summer Can series. Fast Horse organized the event, built buzz through traditional and social media channels and produced videos to keep the momentum going. | Quarter-Mile Cookout Case Study

A High-Octane Launch For Coca-Cola’s Full Throttle

We came up with the idea of getting NASCAR drivers to compete in the world’s first armchair drag race. To drive early distribution and sales, Fast Horse staged the Full Throttle Armchair Challenge to coincide with the Dayton 500 and featuring NASCAR stars Michael Waltrip and Greg Biffle. They wowed attendees by racing souped-up, motorized recliners at more than 40 mph. The unique event generated 400 media stories and helped rocket Full Throttle to a better-than-projected 7.8 percent share of the category — including distribution in 78 percent of all U.S. convenience stores — within four months of the launch.

Concert Series Draws Crowds For Excelsior & Grand Development

Fast Horse developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Excelsior & Grand residential and retail development. During the final phase of the development, as the condo market began to soften, we helped re-energize the marketing efforts. One key tactic was the “Excesior & Grand Music in the Park” concert series, which succeeded in drawing the developer’s target audience to the suburgan neighborhood. The concerts shifted the focus from “bricks and mortar” to the lifestyle the complex offered — and helped Excelsior & Grand exceed its sales and leasing targets.

Santas Battle For Coke’s POWERADE OPTION

Coca-Cola aimed to “defy convention” with POWERADE OPTION — and Fast Horse delivered with a kickoff event that won national media attention. We organized the POWERADE OPTION “Santa-thlon,” which featured amateur mall Santas going head-to-head in holiday-themed competitions. The event, held at Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park, generated irresistible visuals for media nationally and in top local markets resulting in 53.4 million impressions in 214 markets. Highlights included “Good Morning America,” ESPN 2, MSNBC, and The Weather Channel, among others.

Fast Horse Thinks Big For Vanilla Coke Relaunch

At the newly opened World of Coca-Cola Museum in Atlanta, a gigantic 15-foot-tall glass was filled to the brim with nearly 3,000 gallons of Vanilla Coke and 7,200 scoops of ice cream. The event claimed an official Guinness World Record — and overflowed with media and buzz for Vanilla Coke. Efforts resulted in nearly 600 media stories. On-site sampling teams distributed more than 2,500 Vanilla Coke and Vanilla Coke Zero floats to event and museum attendees.
